The new Suntrust location is terrible. There is not enough parking, the ATM is constantly out of order and it is too small for the amount of customers at any given time. The ATM has been broken a number of times already and we then have to go somewhere else where fees are charged and I end up paying 5 or 6 dollars to get my money out. The ATM problem is ridiculous! I have been a customer for over 30 years and I am over this and I will be moving my business elsewhere.
