    EDITED as of 2019 - This branch was very friendly in 2014 but now it turned upside down in the upcoming years. I was handled by Kristi Holland (asst. manager) for my auto loan, I had no issues in paying my auto loan but when I wanted my title back there wasn't any response from her. The only time she responded after my 1000 emails and phone calls is when I told her I am taking the car outside the country, she immediately jumped the gun and sent an email, will I be paying my entire loan before leaving the country (of course I paid off and that's why I was asking for the title), she again went back to mute mode. There is no way to reach the branch and you have to dial in the Campus Credit Union main office, on reaching out they expedited the process. In Summary, please avoid this branch if you wanted a friendly customer service. 2014 - Love the staffs in this branch. I was able to get my car loan at a lower rate
