She made everything so easy by explaining every step and helping wherever she could. And if that weren't enough, she is always available even contacting me while she was home sick to get my applications through. And finally when I thought everything was done and I would probably never hear from her again, she calls me on a Saturday afternoon offering me a great deal on a credit card!!
