Manager claimed short staff. Badly managed bank. Someoneone just walked out. This branch should be closed. So the person before me leaves at 2pm est because no one comes to her aid to notarized her document. They tell me I can take her slot. I still see people roaming around. The notary is caught up with a client and now I am sitting and waiting. The other notary is helping people at the teller desk, while 2 people are roaming around behind her. Mismanagement of time, lack of customer services. I will be pulling my money and taking it to another bank. Disgusting.
