She was able to help me set up my client for an appointment to do a wire transfer for closing escrow on their first home. Our client went to multiple other branches who turned her down and didn’t give her options or a solution to resolve this issue. These are long time Wells Fargo account holders, it’s a shame that other branches are not as helpful and willing as this one. Keep up the good work Maria & Jorge! :)
