I just took my mother to this location because her regular location didn’t have a notary today. From our entering the building a staff member arriving for her shift held door for us. She also helped us get to the next step. That brings me to Lisa. I don’t have enough words to say how blessed we were to encounter her. She is a picture of what customer service should look like. Thank you Lisa for an amazing experience today. I do not bank with you guys. However after experiencing Lisa’s love for people and service, I may consider switching my banking to you guys. 5 star service.

Best foreign nation friendly bank in USA. I went there to open a bank account as a tourist. after moving and rejection from several other US banks we visited this branch. There we finally got the solution. As a tourist u definitely can open a bank account. There Ms. Lucy Lefort, was just an angel to us, she take us through the whole process till I start using their mobile app. Thanks Madam Lucy Lefort ( Sr Relationship Banker) for being so generous to us. We wish you all the best. Every service provider must have employee like her.

Where do I begin !!! Never ever bank at any truist ever trust me. There ATM machines are always either not working Or are not accepting cash . Or you can't get cash. That's for starters. Also there mobile banking app is the worst . I deposit mobile checks all the time with bank of america over the years and never had one issue. Now im with truist for some stupid reason and it tells you sign the back of check and write for truist mobile deposit only. Ok simple. But when I take the picture of the check it tells me theres no signature... now I can't mobile deposit I have to go in the bank personally every time I get a check . Also customer service is the worst try getting ahold of someone and speaking to them its impossible. Very very bad this bank . Go somewhere else!!!!
