- DKDaniil KurganovAug 1, 20251.0This is the worst bank, especially this branch I’ve been to. My account was frozen, because of their own fault, as they send it to different departments all the time. Since my account was frozen, I decided to close my business and personal account in this bank and forget about it forever. But they can’t even do that. The woman who sits at the entrance, I don’t know what her name is because she has no badge. Always interrupts and is rude, can’t talk to people, I don’t understand how she was hired for this job at all. I’ve been coming to this branch for the 2nd day to close my account and give me my money. There are always new excuses why they can’t unsooze and close my account. Now they told me to wait 30 minutes, more than an hour has passed, and they said to come in the evening at 5 o’clock. It’s very interesting what they will tell me in the evening. My advice to you is to withdraw all the money from your account and close your account in this bank forever!
