- KWKim WardAug 29, 20255.0Banking just like going to the post office or DMV is a necessary task. With Truist online banking it is very easy to never have contact with a financial human. BUT, I am here to tell you, I make a point to go into the Sun City Center Truist location because the entire team is just FANTASTIC. JV, the tellers and everyone I have ever interacted with is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and so helpful! My transactions have varied, from getting a mortgage, equity loan, investing to everyday banking. The teller/front team is always smiling, positive vibes and ready to help in anyway they can. My bigger banking items i have had much personal interactions, all questions answered in a fast and easy to understand manner. I trust this team of experts with my money, and enjoy my time in the bank!! Thank you to this amazing Sun City team for Truist!!
