- HWHeather WeaverMay 6, 20235.0Well, it's a walk up ATM. So it's as good as a walk up ATM can be. For security and with kids or animals in the vehicle I would prefer a drive up instead of a walk up ATM. My dog did not like me walking about 15 feet away from her. Anyway, no matter what walk up ATM you visit, you need to always pay attention to your surroundings and be ever vigilant.
- SJShannon De JesusApr 4, 20231.0This location is the worst branch of Truist we’ve dealt with. The employees are rude and wait times are astronomical. My husband went to the branch to discuss some financing options and he was told to have a seat, because the wait time is 2.5 hours. There was not a customer in the building but two customers in the drive thru. When asked about making an appointment, an employee stated it’s walk in basis only. We’ve been banking with this branch for 15 years. I believe when Suntrust and BB&T merged to make Truist, all customer service went out the window. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the branch, nothing has changed. I did however get a phone call asking if we are interested in investing money with them. The answer is absolutely not. Luckily only one of our businesses bank with them. We now drive 10 miles out of the way to another Truist Branch to handle our business finances.
