4 callback appointments scheduled through their website in a row over 6 months and no one calls. Other branches I've worked with aren't this disorganized. Their branch manager is not good.

Had nothing but problems with this bank. Opened a checking account Jan 2022. Opened at what we thought was Suntrust as that is the bank my paycheck was drawn on. The representative said we were one of the first to have a Truist account. Well I had nothing but problems trying to cash my paychecks for the next month till the changeover. This was especially true with the branch on 301 in Wildwood. They could never find me in their system despite 2 forms of ID and giving my social security number. I kept getting told my account was with BB&T and they could not access those records. They usually had to get the branch manager to override so I could cash my paycheck. I told them if I had known I would have this much problem cashing my paycheck for a month I would have never opened an account with them. We were suppose to get cash back Credit Cards but instead received debit cards. With the credit cards it was suppose to be free checking but we were charged a $20 monthly fee after the changeover. The branch on 441 was usually packed so wait was long to try to speak to someone about the problems. It was about a 1.5 hour process just to open the checking account. The only saving grace was at least the tellers were pleasant but we closed the account March 2022.
