4 callback appointments scheduled through their website in a row over 6 months and no one calls. Other branches I've worked with aren't this disorganized. Their branch manager is not good.

FRAUD BE AWARE! The absolute worst Truist Branch. The branch manager allows fraudulent transactions and claims no wrong. We asked for help to figure out what happened and how it could be corrected. The branch manager states she has no way to know what branch cashed the check. That was a lie. After further inquisition she in fact can tell what branch cashed the check. After questioning the appropriate process of verifying a written check prior to the teller cashing it, the branch manager states she doesn’t know the correct process of verifying a signature when accepting a written check to cash. Again, the branch manager dodged the question thinking we would accept the subpar untruthful answer. The branch manager states “that isn’t my job to know” regarding the verifying process. She also claims she wouldn’t share the process if she knew because it would compromise their security process. Not sure what security process she’s speaking of considering they cashed a fraudulent check with a signature that isn’t even the name of the only approved signer on the account. I am appreciative to the teller who caught the SECOND fraudulent check that was attempted to be cashed on the same day AT THIS BRANCH and called us immediately. There was no acknowledgement of wrong doing from the branch manager and we were very rudely given the run around. I am not sure how she made it to be a manager of a branch without any customer service skills but it would explain the terrible reputation of this location. Do not go to this branch, use any other Truist branch.

Not the SunTrust bank I once trusted and enjoyed. Since the changeover to Truist everything has gone downhill. Look elsewhere.
