I have been a customer for 9 years and have made comparable transactions in other branches without such hassle. I give it two stars and considere it a generous score. Recurrence of such poor service will compel me to move to a different banking institution.

I had her deposit slip and her driver's license and the teller (Yvonne) refused to make the transaction, telling me that I wasn't on the account. I am on her account (a fact confirmed once I got home and was able to access her account online). It is very frustrating and inconvenient to have to make a separate trip because the teller didn't know what she was doing.
