I have been a customer for 9 years and have made comparable transactions in other branches without such hassle. I give it two stars and considere it a generous score. Recurrence of such poor service will compel me to move to a different banking institution.

I have been turned away when I told the bank manager today why do you always turn people away I was told " if I had enough bodies I could help you" ...... it is worth the drive to go to a different bank

My mom has dementia and Shereka displayed incredible patience and compassion. Shereka is outstanding. You're lucky to have her there.

I walked up to the counter and Yvonne helped with my transaction and when she asked how much is in there I said I’m sorry I forgot , and the look on her face was so rude, like how dare I. I mean you have a machine right behind you. Anyways I’m going to another branch. Not a great experience
