A real person always answers the phone. You are greeted by name when you arrive, and wont have to wait in line and listen to other people on their phones. Their lobby has a splendid view of the St Lucie River. You conduct your business while seated in a quiet atmosphere reminiscent of a private bank. Staff is friendly, and have excellent professional skills too. If they were still called "Seaside Bank," I would rate them 100. But they are a strong 99. :)

I cannot enroll in on-line banking without it as they insist on having my bank account number in the sign up. Since I DID open a bank account in the Stuart, FL bank, how do I get my bank number since it takes 7-10 days to get my plastic Debit card?

The bank was downtown, but we pleased to find parking inside their lot. We were met with smiles and received quick service from Jesse Wilton who facilitated the address changes and other transactions. Since they do not have branch banks, he explained where we would find ATMs out in the community. It was a pleasant and flawless experience.
