I can't believe the customer service i just experienced at this bank..it has been the worst experience i have ever received ever in mylife.you would think that a bank that looks and seems so big, shinny and beautiful to the eye that the people working there would be professional and welcoming to the public.but instead they are so unprofessional and not welcoming or friendly at all.so I stood there waiting while a man named frantz jean-louis with another teller just kept conversating with each other while I the customer waited and never did i get noticed or welcomed.then when frantz jean-louis saw that I took my phone out and started to text he then asked me in an unfriendly way what can I do for you.not hi ma'am how can I help you today.then when he helped me I asked if I could have one of his business cards and he said to me sure I'll just deny anything you say and walked off to help there drive thru.i didn't even get thank you for banking with us have a good day or happy holidays or nothing..this is the worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life...Who runs this bank because this is horrible absolutely horrible.i will never ever visit this location.👎🏽👎🏽to bad I can't take my one star back because they dont even deserve 1 star

There is absolutely zero support & no one is accoutable from the top down. Numerous unanswered calls & emails. They are simply too big to care about your or your business. Put your money somewhere else reliable

one of the worst banking experiences i’ve ever had. i opened up a personal checking & saving 2 months ago after leaving wellsfargo, it’s been great. Yesterday i went to the stuart branch with my partner to open up a joint account to manage bills easier, Maria took care of us helped us open the joint account everything was fine yesterday. I wake up to my accounts being closed, my partners account being closed, as well as our joint account. Somehow there’s a fraud investigation and they’re holding my funds, with little to no reasoning as to what happened. I went in the branch today and the lady who helped me was utterly useless refused to help saying we have to call and follow their instructions, i’ve been on the phone all day with multiple agents and have been given no information. Save yourself and go somewhere else !

Disappointing experience at this Stuart branch. An easy transaction took forever. The “Branch Leader” just sat in her office. She should have come out to assist the one teller who was working. Increase your staffing, especially on a Friday.

I’ve had a business account and personal accounts with Suntrust Bank now Truist, but I wanted to comment on Maria Garcia. She goes by the nickname Andy, she’s the assistant vice president in the Stuart office. I needed a significant amount of checks and documentation for various reasons and ms. Garcia worked Diligently and professionally, where at another bank in another state turned me away because of the complexity and scope of the years of work required. That was no problem for Andy. She worked with my wife and I worked and with Truist back office and provided every single piece of documentation that I needed. She is a true professional and an asset to Truist bank, she will go far In the banking business and the customer service business. I met with Andy twice always by appointment always ready to greet me when I arrive, including their other staff, which is very pleasant but beyond Pleasantries is the amount of work that that woman has done for me and the burden that it relieved I am grateful to Miss Garcia I’m grateful the Truist bank both my wife and I.
