one of the worst banking experiences i’ve ever had. i opened up a personal checking & saving 2 months ago after leaving wellsfargo, it’s been great. Yesterday i went to the stuart branch with my partner to open up a joint account to manage bills easier, Maria took care of us helped us open the joint account everything was fine yesterday. I wake up to my accounts being closed, my partners account being closed, as well as our joint account. Somehow there’s a fraud investigation and they’re holding my funds, with little to no reasoning as to what happened. I went in the branch today and the lady who helped me was utterly useless refused to help saying we have to call and follow their instructions, i’ve been on the phone all day with multiple agents and have been given no information. Save yourself and go somewhere else !

Disappointing experience at this Stuart branch. An easy transaction took forever. The “Branch Leader” just sat in her office. She should have come out to assist the one teller who was working. Increase your staffing, especially on a Friday.

I’ve had a business account and personal accounts with Suntrust Bank now Truist, but I wanted to comment on Maria Garcia. She goes by the nickname Andy, she’s the assistant vice president in the Stuart office. I needed a significant amount of checks and documentation for various reasons and ms. Garcia worked Diligently and professionally, where at another bank in another state turned me away because of the complexity and scope of the years of work required. That was no problem for Andy. She worked with my wife and I worked and with Truist back office and provided every single piece of documentation that I needed. She is a true professional and an asset to Truist bank, she will go far In the banking business and the customer service business. I met with Andy twice always by appointment always ready to greet me when I arrive, including their other staff, which is very pleasant but beyond Pleasantries
is the amount of work that that woman has done for me and the burden that it relieved I am grateful to Miss Garcia I’m grateful the Truist bank both my wife and I.

Noel Hardwick has been with Truist for 15 years. I have found her to be extremely personable since I met her at the Hobe Sound branch. She is now in Port Salerno where her professionalism has developed and matured. She has been instrumental with handling problems that I encountered with my mother being scammed.
I always look forward to seeing her smiling face. She is an asset to your bank. Thank you Nicole for all you do regarding my accounts.
