More people backed up behind me. I told them to go get a board game; the one non- teller (officer?) is flip- flopping between two desks and way behind. If they can’t have enough people they should just be closed. Or just advertise “you’re not worth the cost of having enough staff to support the customer needs”.
- JSJasun SmithDec 1, 20231.0It seems this bank has really gone down hill over the last year. The customer service has become progressively worse. The staff are down right abusive now. I have a few issues every now and then i need to solve and its never easy to resolve. They find a way to take something that should be simple to complete and just turn it in an abusive situation. I end up getting my issue resolved at another bank. I should close my account. One by one all the TD's are turning it not terrible places.
