Going into a bank to resolve a very simple issue and not being able to makes zero sense. Not being able to try a second number to authentic my account makes zero sense. They need a new system.

- DRdaniel rSep 15, 20251.0imagine waking into this bank on your day off and putting cash into rhe atm and it didn’t deposit the right amount you put in you think bills are rejected so you wait imagine getting dirty looks from the employees working there who judge you because they dont know who you are or what you do for a living doesn’t matter the fact the machine stole about $24 is not the susie it’s how many other people get ripped pff by the ATM machine with the staff admitted has had issues Well $24 may not be a lot to some people like myself. It could be the difference between someone who is short grocery money The fact that the people working here have no respect for people and prejudice them is enough for me
- FFfredericMar 2, 20241.0HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE FROM THE BRANCH SUPERVISOR it was busy so I waited patiently for my turn when i finally got help by the teller to dispute a charge on my account the teller was nice but to dispute the charge she called her supervisor an asian lady that told me that I would have to sit down with her and do it from her computer but she said there where two people before me the people she referred to came after me and I responded that I was there before all this people but she didn't care and told me if I had a problem with it to contact costumer service ....and kept on tell everyone that the bank was closing at 1 pm like she was on a harry to close, when a costumer wait patiently to be helped you don t send him behind the people that arrived after him, this lady was out of line and shouldn't face the public she is incompetent
