The Teller, Brandon, his Supervisor, Darlene and a Customer Service Support Representative, Jayma, were outstanding . I had to take care of a few matters and it took some time, but never once did any of them rush me to get done. That to me says something. That's how Customer Service should be, no matter what business you enter. This was by far the best Customer Service I have ever received from TD Bank. Keep up the good works. Thank you again. :)
- JLJudi LundFeb 2, 20235.0I dont know where the bad reviews come from but have been doing g business here since Lake Butler location closed and they have been great from drive-thru to solving problem with a U.S. savings bond over 25 years old to recommending who I should deal with there to get a better return on my savings, to taking me outside to at. And showing me how "new" system works. I travel every summer and never have a problem with using my card wherever.
