I patiently waited for my turn in the lobby... yes, just because I walk in the door does not mean I'm entitled to speak to someone immediately. I met with Jessica who did more than her share of work to find the answers I needed. I too had been trying to reach a representative on the phone, but in this world today of instant gratification that everyone seems to think they are entitled to, how about find a solution... don't be the problem. Therefore, I went into a branch. This merge has been difficult for everyone, but there's no need to be nasty. I really don't care what anyone else's opinion is on here... and you probably don't care about mine. But this review is for Jessica and to tell her thank you... thank you for making the calls and being persistent in finding the answers I needed. I appreciate your time and I'm thankful for you and your co-workers who show up for work. Finding employees to commit to their job is difficult in this market. But all of you should know, there are people that appreciate who you are and what you do!

They then lied to me when I asked if there would be a fee associated with my transaction. I just spent an hour on the phone with customer support resolving the issue.

Horrible company.
