Jack was very helpful! Despite technical issues he was professional, courteous, and helped us complete the tasks we needed!

This bank is a joke. They make up policies as they go along. Do not deposit a check here, they put a 7 day hold on the check, even after they have confirmed with the other bank that the funds are there and the funds have been verified and cleared by Truist. Im warning you, go to a more modern bank, with 21st century technology. The male bankers are idiots. You have been warned! Be carefu. Worst bank and banking experience that i have dealt with in a very long time, they probably won’t last very long.

The Suntrust/Truist merger has been an absolute fail! What a joke, and no one seems to care. I would have switched banks a long time ago if I didn't have my longest credit card with them. My accounts have been hacked twice now since the merger and I've never had an issue before. When hacked the first time, the banker forgot to actually close my account. Today I am sitting here waiting in the lobby for a banker and have yet to be addressed while everyone else around me was asked why they were here and told how long they would need to wait. The ONLY good thing about this branch is JESSICA B. She is amazing and has great customer service and a friendly attitude. She deserves a promotion and a pay raise.

Went in the middle of the day. Not a single banker was at their desk employees behind the counter even joked "yes, why would there be a banker here". They then lied to me when I asked if there would be a fee associated with my transaction. I just spent an hour on the phone with customer support resolving the issue.
