- JBJudith Colon (Beba)Oct 14, 20251.0This bank treats its employees like complete trash and has no compassion for them or their families. They make them work seven days a week and only pay them from Monday to Friday. These employees can't spend any quality time with their families or take time off to care for loved ones who are sick or in need. When employees try to speak up, they are told to just deal with it. I would never recommend anyone to work for them or even do business with them. If they can't treat their employees with dignity and respect, I would hate to know how they treat their customers.
