We are here to simply gain access to our safe deposit box and she's begun serving walk ins around us. The torn waiting room furniture is a nice indicator of a great experience to not expect. Shame on TD banking for a terrible job operating this branch. A mattress seems to be a better option. I am a real estate broker for going on 34 years with extensive banking experience and this checks an all time low.

They closed my account for inactivity and for being negative $50 for some time after i lost my job which is their right to do so and im ok with that. But i deposited $700 while the account was still open and at the same day they closed my account and now i dont have access to the money. Went to the branch where i deposited the money and they dont know anything about the deposit so they gave me a 1800 number to call which is imposible to get a hold of a representative. So they dont know where my deposit went after i made a deposit in their own atm there at the bank. Have waisted so much time to get a hold of the 1800 number and still cant resolve anything yet. Not a good bank to do business with.
