When I visited the branch, I was told my account was now available, but within a few days, my savings account was at -$18. The bank offers no help; they take your money and cause problems without resolution. Branch staff refuse to assist effectively, and every representative I speak to claims the issue is out of my hands, often transferring me to other departments in an unprofessional manner. Their attitude is dismissive and uncaring. I strongly advise against banking with TD, as my account has only been open for a week, and I have already encountered numerous issues despite verifying my identity twice in person. I am closing my account because they are unfairly taking my money and providing no support.
