Not helping me out, and when asked didn't help at all. Takes all the withdrawals out around midnight so it charges me overdraft fees, then makes the deposit. This is not the first time. Going to find a better bank that doesn't abuse their customers.
Avoid Lisa and Joe at this bank.

This place is horrible. I went in to cash my first check from work. I had my regular license. She proceeded to ask for another form of id. I thought it was weird but I was able to show another form of identification. She then proceeded to call my job and ask them if the check was legit.. I felt I was racially profiled. I’ll never go there again.

Went to cash my check today as I have done on occasion in the past year and just did 2 weeks ago with no issues. Dealt with someone "new" to me today and she had to call my boss which whatever but my boss is busy, as most business owners are. It just irks me because I've never had an issue before and as stated was there 2 weeks ago to cash the same amount. Thankfully I'm not a member. Just find it interesting that it's supposedly protocol to call everytime I cash my check but have only had them call her once (the first time I went) and have not had issues until today.
