- JNJulianne NichterDec 31, 20211.0I would not do your banking here. I was just berated and condescended by a teller over a very simple issue. I went to close a checking account that I rarely used. They apparently lost my ID copy and claimed to have been calling me “all summer” to resolve. Instead of sending me an email or letter instead they decided to close my account and issue a cashiers check which I have yet to receive from July. They made me feel like I was the bane of their existence of all summer 2021 (since the teller explicitly stated that they talked about how awful of a customer I was for not answering my phone…. I never actually received those call or VMs). If you care about the stewardship of your money go elsewhere.

I have had a business account with Bank of Ozarks when they were C1 bank since I started my business in 2011 and typically use the bank on Central Ave with no issues! I had a check to deposit so swung into the one on 4th St. First of all the drive thru teller either doesn't know how to use a mic or the microphone didn't work. I have made deposits without deposit slips before and the Central Ave Bank looked up my business account without any issues. At the 4th Street bank apparently this was an issue. The 2 tellers in the window were extremely rude to me and should be fired for having the worst customer service attitude. I would never talk to a customer the way they talked to me. I will never return to the 4th Street bank.
