They do not charge a monthly fee for not having a certain amount of money per month, no service fee, and no force to get a credit card. In fact, this branch is one of the nicest and friendly branch. If you are looking for bank that is large without the large banking “chain” attitude, this is for you. However, I didn’t like how the app did not include mobile deposit when it first came out and how they still do not have a way to deposit a check via ATMs. Most banks allow you to deposit a check this way to make sure you have your money as soon as possible to be to avoid an overdraft fee, have money from your second job in your account to pay off debt when you work nights or weekends and can’t go to a bank during the day.

No deposits at ATMs. I had to go and pick up my new debit card in person as they deactivated my C1 card before issuing the new Ozarks card. Looking for a new bank.
