  Bre is an outstanding banking associate with an excellent attitude. When we didn’t receive our CD renewal confirmation she not only went out of her way to print that out but also printed out the CD that we renewed that day and sent it to us immediately. She’s always so helpful and goes above and beyond the typical employee!

  My husband and I went in to purchase 2 CDs. We didn’t realize a credit freeze we’d put on our accounts would interfere. So we went home and removed freezes from all bureaus in both our names. We went back with additional information they’d requested to complete the transaction. Our credit still showed a freeze when they checked it so they promised to send it up to the supervisor to remedy. Waited over a week, called back. Nothing had been done. Then they asked for info about the checks we’d be depositing, we gave the info. Then they wanted copies of the checks, we took them so they could copy. We told them we needed to have an answer by the next day before rates drop. They started making more excuses. We left and won’t be back. It felt like a run around and waste of time.
