  Went to make a deposit and fax an important document (a service that has been provided to me multiple times in the past). WESLEY told me he will not do it & that it was a courtesy, one he wasn't willing to provide even though he was literally just sitting there looking dumb. He was a rude little kid that needs to learn courtesy himself because he lacks it and any kindness!!! DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION (was a great location till that added that rude kid WESLEY!)

  Called the branch and spoke to Pilar. Pilar was friendly, answered my questions and asked us to visit branch. Upon arriving, Pilar recognized that we had chatted earlier and immediately helped us open various accounts. Another gentleman in the office offered us bottles of water and even coffee (we declined). So far so good. No complains.

  Initially while starting the relationship as a new customer they gave good services and experience. As you get older with relationship, poor services and inconvenience getting faced. I had major issues in my CD Renewals where Rates don't get reflect for 1.5 weeks+ and when you ask Branch, they direct to call Back Office. Why Cant the System Fix on its own, why as a Customer we need to worried about these hassel waiting hours on call in order to reach a Backoffice Rep. Also No Call from Branch when CDs get Mature, only a Letter get send one month before. As a customer we need to stay on top of everyting, no courtesy call also come from branch during maturity, which used to happen when you were new. I would rate a negative star, with the serious inconvenience getting caused with existing customers.

  Excellent service for Td Bank 🏦 ATM also available convenience to withdraw and deposit also easy.
