    Used this branch for shared braching and had a 10/10 experience. Lobby was clean and welcoming and Cori was so incredible! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind. Highly recommend!

    App and website are glitchy and would not allow me to change my address. At one point, I successfully changed my address & received an email acknowledging my address change- but when I called to order checks I was informed the address had not been changed. The person I spoke with at the credit union was completely unhelpful. Because my address was incorrect & I couldn't change it, she would not let me order checks . She also would not change my address for me, even after verifying my identity. I'd recommend trying a different credit union.

    This bank is not ideal for everyday banking. Most banks let you update a PIN through the app or phone, but not here—you have to physically go in. Outdated, inconvenient, and a complete waste of time.

    Went in with a simple question of needing to be a member to get a cashiers check. Assumption were I would need an account and I was ok with that. Well after having no eye contact with an Asian lady typing away as i stand at the counter who’s told me NO if im not a member. Then went back to typing and work like I’m qualified to leave. I decided it was time to do just that. Here’s an idea! Ask me to be a member! I would of said sure 👍

    A smile and a warm welcome would be great. Here’s a script. Hello welcome to first credit union. How can I help you? Put a smile in your face and have a nice softer tone. I almost walked out right away I wish I took a video of how unwelcoming the teller there.
