Their app is made to swindle you out of your money and the employees don’t care to help you with it. Use this bank at your own risk. Detangling my mothers finances after they almost bankrupted her with their fees and confusing app was the most disgusting way of doing business I have ever experienced. She’s on a fixed income. They didn’t even bother to look at her accounts before telling her it was user error. They have yet to return money they owe her. I’m willing to bet be filing complaints with all regulatory government entities.
