  Jessica Tucker gets five stars and More!!!! I had identity theft happen, I received a letter from Wells Fargo about a credit card I didn't apply for. I called all the numbers I was given by Wells Fargo customer service regarding the letter that I received. I had been transferred six times in one day and finally was hung up on. I called back on another day and the lady I spoke with gave me a phone number for identity theft. Which I had already contacted with no help so she advised me to go into a local branch. So for Wells Fargo phone cus service I would rank a one star. I went to Seminole branch and dealt with Jessica Tucker. She was completely amazing. I want to give her five plus stars for helping me. She was the only one that was willing to go the extra mile to help me be able to report identity theft. Sadly Wells Fargo won't even give the peronal bankers a direct line to their departments. Instead they too sit in a queue just like a customer does . I find that very poor business practices for the staff at work there and needing to help customers.

  If I could give –3 stars, I would. I was a loyal Wells Fargo customer for 25+ years with five personal accounts and a business account. After moving to Illinois, I tried opening a business account online—it failed. I called for help and was told I had to go in-person. So I drove 2 hours to the nearest listed branch, only to find it was just an investment office. They said the nearest full branch is in Chicago—11 hours away. I explained that I have a published book on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and I need a business account so my customers can pay me. The rep told me to fly back to Florida or drive 28 hours. I’m 69, legally blind, and caring for a 1-year-old. That response was not only useless, it was cruel. On top of that, Wells Fargo closed my unused $11,000 credit card, which had a $0 balance, and slashed my credit score by 100 points for no reason. You’ve already been fined in the past for opening unauthorized accounts in my name. I still gave you another chance—and again, you delivered nothing but barriers. Wells Fargo Seminole, Florida, has officially lost a loyal customer. You don’t help people—you humiliate them. 1 star is too generous.

  Everytime I’m in here they can never do anything I ask, they’re not helpful and they just end up calling their own phone numbers. I’ve had an account with them for years and all the other Wells Fargo branches handle everything without any troubles except this one. I’ve gone here 2 times first time I figured was a bad experience but then I came again and turns out it’s just the customer service along with the inability to help pay off a loan even though it is visible on my online account and unable to do a deposit for escrow for a home. Last time they told me to get a check and come back and this time it’s there’s no banker available and we can only do it if they bank with Wells Fargo. So regardless they’re not trying to help anyone. Ida was the banker who didn’t help me.

  Staff is very friendly Bill helped me today getting a temporary card and he was very nice and happy just talking to him was uplifting. I could tell he actually cared and told me some things i didnt know. Thank you Bill
