Lately they have less staff so things are taking a little longer, But they are knowledgeable and helpful and they have a drive-through. Almost always, you can speak with a banker immediately just walking in without an appointment other banks you have to have an appointment they can never speak To you right away. We also use truest for our credit card processing merchant services and pay an average of 2.2% per month overall I recommend this bank
