- YSYamillet SanchezDec 31, 20252.0Horrible customer service, I watched three employees to one customer chitchatting (what was cooked for Christmas, Covid in 2020) I waited in line approximately 10 minutes, I was the only one in line was not acknowledged, when I finally made it up to the desk, I made them aware and was told that they’re “building rapport”. Do better!

I waited in line for several minutes just to get change for a $20, there were four people behind the counter, two were busy & 2 were not. None of them acknowledged me and so I left.
