  Mario Di Stefano, at the Wells Fargo branch in Sebastian, Florida, has exceeded our expectations in his role as Senior Premier Banker. He continuously works diligently to build a lasting customer relationship with us. Being conscientious, reliable, and a detail oriented banker, Mr. Di Stefano has earned our trust as Wells Fargo customers. We always have a lot of questions, and he is patient, always taking the time necessary to find out the answers. He promptly returns phone calls and is a genuine, caring person. We have been Wells Fargo customers for a very long time, and we have conducted banking business with Mr. Di Stefano for the past five years. We travel to Sebastian to meet with him, as it would be challenging to work with others that one doesn’t know and trust. Mr. Di Stefano is a key asset to the Wells Fargo team and organization.   i see why some people avoid this wells fargo. i went in to buy rolls of change. i asked the blonde woman if i was able to buy rolls of change with the amount i had. without even hesitating- ‘do you have an account with us’. and i knew immediately she was turning me away because i didn’t have an account with them. so i said ‘unfortunately i do not anymore. i used to a while ago.”. and it was lunch time i get it, but don’t be condescending. without any sort of pause, tells me ‘i can do $20. since you don’t have an account.’ like it really matters. i’m literally EXCHANGING currency. a legal tender. no reason to turn away something so simple. i’ve never heard of any bank turning away ANYONE who’s simply trying to buy rolls of CHANGE. needless to say, i remember why i left wells fargo in the first place. as much as i wanted to name this individual, i wont do that because its an right. and i don’t want to mistake someone’s name with someone who truly was not involved. but won’t be going there anymore. such a shame too. do better.
