Now In all fairness I went to make a cash payment on my CC and I did not know we had to take ID to pay on our own cards first off, after so many years with the same branch you would THINK once in a while someone would recognize you but that's not a thing at this bank. Anyway, the teller I had was 'in my opinion' incredibly rude and unprofessional and it was way too early in the morning to be having a bad day. Her tart response to my question of why do I need to get my license to pay a bill was unnecessary. And unappreciated.
