    I have been customer with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. Last week I went into the branch at the Landings to cash in the last of my savings bonds for my last niece who’s graduating. I have done this several times in the past for other nieces and nephews with no issues. While waiting in line after already speaking to the teller, who said I could sign them all and come back to the desk, A guy named Ross I believe is a manager came up to me and asked what I needed help with and I told him. Right away he said “we’re not going be able to do those today.” I told him that I already spoke with the teller, and I need to have them done as I’m leaving to a graduation party. He was very rude and insistent that they did not have time for my savings bonds and that it would take them all day. I persisted and told him that I already signed all 30 of them and I will be getting them done today. He walked away from me, annoyed with no apology. The teller was very nice and did them all within the hour. Ross should not work in customer service. He treated me like I was some bother to him when I was doing money transaction, which requires a teller. After this experience, I have started looking for another bank

    Courtney and Ross took such great care of me ! I'm not even a account holder at bank! The great treatment I received was a game changer!! I will be closing my BOA account and opening a Wells Fargo account this week !!

    The 1 star is too generous. Submitting complaint to Wells Fargo Corporate including CEO. Rude, unprofessional branch manager and extremely poor customer service. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
