  I went in today when the bank opened to do a wire transfer. I was told that they were too busy and I should try another branch. This is not a complicated transaction. Extremely disappointing customer service. To make matters worse they were not nice about it.

  0 stars is what they really got for me. I made an appointment online for 12:30pm. When I got there I notified them about my appointment at 12:30 and I was told to wait while they get the person who i had an appointment with. There was 2 other people who were walk ins and they were also asked to wait. A few mins later they come back and told me I needed to wait for Kyle who was not there yet and they assisted the walk ins 1st. So I patiently waited for Kyle but when 12:49pm came and Kyle still hadn't come there to assist me I left. Cause why make an appointment and the persons not there and thewalkins get assisted 1st. Why not notified me ahead of time he's running late instead of waste my time. I should of just walked in. But honestly 1st impression Is everything. I came in to open a business account but I decided they lost my business before it even started. Im going to chase where the customer services is better and when I make about appointment I am served on time!

  I’ll tell you whats happened and you decide if you want it. I was going to open a Premier account and scheduled an appt with premier banker Jasqueline via my online bank. It was confirmed but when I came she was out. It was quite a surprise, but another banker Mike was able to answer some of my questions. He left a message to Jasqueline to call me back but she never did. Another appt ended with exactly same result. Third time she was finally there but we were late by less than 10min and we were told that she took another customers and cant help us today. Her manager Sonya was less than helpful and did nothing to solve the issue (however I believe she would be able to answer all our questions herself). I dont know if its a bank problem, processes problem, particual people problem, but that was very disappointing and I wont return to this branch again. Thinking about a different bank too, more customer-friendly, especially when they come to deposit a new money…

  Horrible branch. Severely understaffed. This branch has made me decide to switch banks entirely.
