- TTTimmy TaylorOct 27, 20251.0Would give 0 stars if possible, weren’t able to verify a cashiers check and REFUSED to try to verify it a second time and told me there was nothing they could do about it! That’s BAD business. They are lucky my grandma who’s had an account with Wells Fargo for over 30 years told me not to close my account otherwise I would have closed my account right then and there cause that’s ridiculous!!

They advertise accounts qualifying for certain interest rates, and when you open an account qualifying for that interest rate, they not only don't give you it, they obfuscate the problem, don't fix it, and even refuse to acknowledge it. Not a trustworthy establishment.

I've had deposits placed in the wrong persons account several times always on a Friday or Saturday. Never received an apology
