I called the back one day last week seeking instructions on the process for a home insurance settlement check that would require cosigning so as to initiation reconstruction. The young woman i spoke to one the phone was the only professional person i spoke with that day. I arrived at the bank shortly after my call. The young woman i spoke with was assisting another couple. Though others were available, no one use would assist. More customers arrived and waited. A number of customers just walked out without being helped. After40 minutes another woman addressed me. I came with all the required documents and all she kept repeating waa "this will take a long time"! She stumbled through the entire process. There was one young blonde woman on site wearing a skin tight pencil skirt with inappropriately high heels. She appeared to think she had some authority but did absolutely nothing! Nothning. I walked out very angry and went to the branch on Fruitville / Honore. A wonderfuk gentleman assisted me there and the process wascompleted in 20 minutes! The Beneva branch needs to be educated on customer service. They lack leadership! An embarrasment for Wells Fargo!
