    I have used this bank for many years. I got a good deal on a mortgage refinance here, and have always enjoyed the very pleasant people who work here. I never have to wait very long for Service. Definitely recommend this bank.

    I went into the Trustco Banks location on Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota. Sandra was serving me at the window, while training Hannah. Hannah was on her 2nd day of training. I gave them quite a few transactions to process. Depositing cash, cashing a paycheck, depositing cash in my savings account, and depositing cash into my stepson’s joint account. Every single transaction was carefully processed by Hannah under the watchful eye of Sandra. Mike the manager was welcoming, and both ladies did a great job with a smile I always get at Trustco Bank.
