- MMMiaNov 7, 20251.0On November 1, I made a cash deposit of $875 to the ATM. The ATM took my money. I was told it was gonna hold my money for safekeeping. Today is almost one week later and they still have not returned money to my account I get the runaround from the one 800 number but this particular bank I put a call in on the following first business day after this happened and the next day they never called me back. I have never heard from this branch and obviously their machine is faulty or so it seems less TRUIST itself is going down like the rest of the big banks and they’re robbing people of their money not sure what’s going on, but I am fed up with getting no results in my money, not being returned to my account.
