- RRrlrpjr1914Jan 10, 20251.0Worst experience I ever had, went through drive thru tried to take out $400 , it declined me thought maybe cause I had out of state card, so I tried again at $200 and it gave me the amount,got back to NC and checked banking and it took out $400 ,so I called the bank and said there was nothing they could do because I don’t have an account with them, so other words the can steal from you if you don’t have an account with them is what they’re saying!!!!!

Had to do a bank transfer online and pay their 3 dollar fee then wait four days because of their shortcomings. Very annoying, thinking about dropping them as my bank after 15 years.
