- SESamantha EdelsteinDec 5, 20151.0DO NOT BANK HERE YOUR MONEY IS NOT PROTECTED!! I have a business account and they allowed someone to steal 883.39 from my account before they flagged the account! Funny thing is 4 transactions was for the exact see dollar amount at the exact same place and they didn't feel that was strange! I called the 800 number to place frud claim and they placed a claim then said I'd get my money back in 10 days. I asked for a supervisor and both of them said "sorry we can't help you the computer says 10 days and we can't change that" after being on the phone for an hour that's all they could do for me! Go to the branch and they have only 1 guy Angelo working and he calls the ae number we called and image that they told him the sender thing! We ask for the bank manger who he tells us is Pat and he's gone til Monday. So basically there is nothing he can do to help us! I told him we'd taken owe buisness account to another bank as soon as I get my money back my money is not protected and he pops off with "your money is protected" no it is NOT! I called Bank of America and Wells Fargo both who had a branch manger for me to speak to and I explained what happened and not said they give you the money back while they investagate! Suntrust tho they think your a lair and you have to wait 10days. I can not run a business with a bank who allowed people to take my money then make me wait til they investagate before I get my money back! GO ELSE WHERE
