No one looked, no one spoke, no one acknowledged we were alive! Never have i been treated so badly at place of business i HAD been inclined to put all our finances into this bank but such rude treatment isn't conducive to trust! DO NOT reward such a lack of professionalism by allowing this establishment to handle your finances! I can only imagine their lackadaisical attitudes with your most precious commodity.........+0*****

Even the employees have said how they aren’t happy working for Truist. I am the process of transferring several accounts to Synovus bank.

I was asked if I had an account for the first time, I said no I do not have an account and I was summarily rejected. I then was annoyed as I stated that I had always been treated as a potential client and that this type of service was probably due to the inability of the teller that she was too busy looking at her cell phone to help a potential client.! Needless to say I then went to the nearby PNC Branch and was welcomed and had my minor transaction completed. If you want to keep or grow you banking business maybe you should keep in mind that there are a lot of foreigners that have a lot of money, relay on having the availability of US Banks to help us through the transition. SUN TRUST WILL NO LONGER BE ON MY COMPANY'S FAVORITE CLIENT LIST!
