Possibly the worst Branch Manager, James Mack, either he does not care about customers, or Truist does not empower him to make any decisions. There are a couple of decent front line tellers and some of the bankers try, but corporate ties their hands.

Pretty much a terrible bank with terrible customer service and every chance they get they will charge you unnecessary fees. They’re never loyal to you either. Also their ATMs only except your check 50% of the time, it’s extremely frustrating because they don’t offer photographic check deposit, like most banks do.
