Every SINGLE TIME I come here, there is not enough staff and the wait time is 20-30 minutes just to get to the teller. I'm highly considering changing banks. If it wasn't so much hassle on me, I would!!!! Ridiculous!!!

Also their ATMs only except your check 50% of the time, it’s extremely frustrating because they don’t offer photographic check deposit, like most banks do.

I’ve dealt with Alex Diaz twice now and both times were very pleasant, extremely quick and informative. I will always come back to this particular branch of Suntrust.
