This branch manager is bad, like really bad. Witnessed multiple times of scolding her employees, treating them inferior, and rolling her eyes when her team asks simple questions. We are a customer that visits this branch a couple times a month and the tellers are so incredible, so pleasant/nice. However, the branch manager this week was beyond rude to me (a customer) for my normal deposit stuff. It is embarrassing (for the manager) to have such a bad attitude. Guess it’s consistent at least for her team and customers. We are now looking to move our business which stinks as we want to support the great team as they are working in such a difficult leader culture.

My workplace uses this bank so we have a commercial account with them. Every single time I bring a deposit to this bank, during my workday, I get into the drive thru lane marked Commercial. One problem is that everyone uses the Commercial Lane even if they're not which makes it inconvenient to sit in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes behind another customer while you’re on the clock and trying to be timely by using the drive thru in the first place.
If you pull up to the window with no cars in front of you, it still takes 20 minutes for a simple deposit since they only ever have 1-2 employees inside and they always help anyone at the counter inside first before you even get an acknowledgement.
This week when I went for my deposit, I got into the unmarked open drive thru lane because I was tired of sitting behind one car in the Commercial Lane for 16 minutes, I sent the vacuum tube inside and received no acknowledgement whatsoever until the teller sent the tube back and complained over the speaker that the money bag didn't fit well into the tube to send back.
Understaffed, not professional and long wait times.

Awful…. Waited 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru with 0 contact…. They couldn’t be bothered to deal with any cars in the drive thru. Just had a simple deposit which took all of 2 minutes… why have 2 lanes open if you’re not even going to serve 1 of them….

The people are so nice that work here, but the bank is SO DUMB! They make up fines for whatever reason and leave your money "pending" as long as they like! I'm leaving this bank as soon as I can!
