Witnessed multiple times of scolding her employees, treating them inferior, and rolling her eyes when her team asks simple questions. We are a customer that visits this branch a couple times a month and the tellers are so incredible, so pleasant/nice. However, the branch manager this week was beyond rude to me (a customer) for my normal deposit stuff. It is embarrassing (for the manager) to have such a bad attitude. Guess it’s consistent at least for her team and customers. We are now looking to move our business which stinks as we want to support the great team as they are working in such a difficult leader culture.

Walk up atms are as antique as pay phones and cigarettes. Lets put them in all your drive thrus. As for other reviewers. Your problems seem to stem from a lack of your own available monies. That is not the banks fault. Work more, spend less. Have more funds available. So you dont get yourself into a jam.
