Was chased by an off-leash bulldog inside the branch. Firmly and clearly stated my discomfort and serious allergy. Bank employee was kind and apologized, but the dog was allowed to continue to invade my personal space while I was at the window, while the owner was 15' feet away. I had to physically relocate myself
while doing my biz, which consisted of being called in from the drive through to be rattled over a bank error that was fixed with no action from me.
When I stated there shouldn't be dogs chasing people in the bank I was told "she comes in her a couple of times a week" as if that justified the situation. It was extra uncomfortable because I was asked to come inside from the drive-through and it was implied something inappropriate was happening with my account, so I was not at liberty to leave.
When I offered to discuss my concerns with the manager who was on site I was told "she's not supposed to be here today" so I wasn't allowed to speak with her. I hope that dog has more money in the bank than me, because the bank put that dog ahead of my safety and comfort.

What an awful experience. I came here to cash a check from my mothers account and they refused and treated me like a criminal. Would not even look at my financial POA paperwork. What a snobby and awful vibe
