This became my branch when my former bank BBT merged with Sun Trust. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The tellers are friendly and remember me. The two ladies at the desks have given me phenomenal service. Then seem to have less turnover than my old bank, so I am not always dealing with someone new.
The location is very convenient. I don't love how remote the ATM is to the lobby. The tellers are responsive to ATM customers and fit them in between the counter customers in order of arrival. I usually just go inside, just so I can see how many people are ahead of me. The amount of parking is amazing. I have no complaints at all about this bank and have been with them about a year and a half. Now that I am used to it, I like it better than my old branch. I am pleased with the service.
I just don't get the horrible reviews other people have left. They expect banks not to follow their rules and cater to them. You want a bank that has rules and follows them to protect your money. Or people lose it when an ATM malfunctions. All mechanical things break occasionally. The sense of entitlement and anger in the world has gotten out of hand.

Horrible banking practices. Had to get the office of federal regulation involved.

I stopped here on my way home to put all of my Christmas tips into my account. The ATM didn't count my deposit right and then when. I tried to have the money returned to be recounted the ATM just took all of my cash and didn't deposit it 🙃
