  my dad lived in Sarasota and died. He had a checking account with this branch. I live in TEXAS and this branch refuses to allow me to close his account and deposit the money into the estate account as I am legally required to do, without me booking a flight to Florida and doing it in person. I have asked if there is any other way for me to do this and they have just said absolutely not. I am in legal limbo because I cannot close this checking account. Only bank with these people if you want your loved ones to be left completely screwed over should you die unexpectedly.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember you by name as you walk in the door, and I only frequent the location occasionally. For any problem you have, they have a solution! Highly recommended.

  2 girls there barley speak English, as well as very rude. Went to cash a large check and was treated very rude and took 30 min.

  I’m a new customer with this bank, I have had popped into this branch twice now. Each time I have been working with Matt. When I say his customer service is out of this world I mean it! He is such a delight and a pleasure to work with!! Very glad I have switched over to this bank!
