When the ATM ate my card—which, by the way, I had just received—the branch staff contacted me by phone within an hour to let me know they had retrieved it and that I could come pick it up. I got my card back the same day, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout the process.

Recommend doing business elsewhere, any other branch or even another banking institution. Atm is unavailable after close of business Saturday till opening Monday morning and every night after 9pm. Sadly this is the only branch within 80 miles of this area. Worth drive to go elsewhere. Had account here for over six years, completely dissatisfied with the customer service for past two to three years. Looking into moving accounts elsewhere. Know others that have done the same for the same reasons. Customers beware.
