I talked to customer service and instead of listening to me, they put words in my mouth and made me hold for over half an hour until I can talk to someone who can resolve this. I am never going back here and I will definitely tell everyone I know how poorly the staff is.

Maged (manager) took care of it promptly, even though I walked in at closing time. Then he offered to make a copy for me. A couple of weeks later I had a CD mature from another bank so I went over and asked his advice on a short-term replacement and bought it from him(better rate).Now I do all my banking there. Even though the branch is kind of hidden from the road(SR 46 at end of Idrive) it's worth finding because Maged and Charlotte and Patricia seem happy to help whatever you need.

Unfortunately their smartphone app lacked remote check deposit and the website could've been more intuitive, so I passed on remaining a member. If that's not critical, though, the staff here is great.

I walked in to withdraw some money and the manager Maghed was extremely rude and asked me why do I want to withdraw money? Then rolls his eyes and proceeds with my request. After couple minutes comes back and says the money is not there because deposit check is not cleared. I logged into my account before going to the this branch and check showed cleared and money was in the account. Eventually had to walk out because manager was so rude and with no desire to help his customers. On my way out manager says "I guess you won't have a nice day." Avoid ever going to this branch.
