They live up to their slogan as a "home town bank" because of the way that they treat the customers, just like friends and family. The mortgage loan process and rates are way better than most, and you don't have to worry about your loan being sold multiple times. (I just completed my 5th home mortgage loan with them). If you ever have a question, they are quick to find the answer. Keep up the good work team!

She manage to save us hundreds of dollars on our monthly payment and thousands on the closing cost. Everyone at this branch is great and knowledgeable. From the time I began this to the closing it was done very quickly. i would highly recommend this bank and there team on how they handled my re-finance, as well as all my other banking needs.

I walked in to withdraw some money and the manager Maghed was extremely rude and asked me why do I want to withdraw money? Then rolls his eyes and proceeds with my request. After couple minutes comes back and says the money is not there because deposit check is not cleared. I logged into my account before going to the this branch and check showed cleared and money was in the account. Eventually had to walk out because manager was so rude and with no desire to help his customers. On my way out manager says "I guess you won't have a nice day." Avoid ever going to this branch.
