After speaking to the branch manager Steven Ortiz, he immediately took ownership of my problem, said he would get back to me once he looked into it. Mr. Ortiz followed up with an E-mail & call, resolving the issue. The customer service at this branch is excellent and exceeded my expectations.. This is why I like to bank with my local branch.
