When I entered I was greeted warmly by Bailey, and sorry for mis-spelling Diesha. Very warm and friendly. Did my business in 5 min, and had a great conversation with them. Not sure what the bad reviews must stem from bitter people. Honestly better hospitality than some restaurants I’ve been too. And thank you to the girl in the back as-well. Amazing smiles and attitudes from the staff. Will definitely be returning.

- TTTuroAug 13, 20251.0Mara the Branch manager cancelled my wire transfer at the end of Her shift??? They’re really dropping the ball here—go elsewhere where they follow proper procedures. I came in AM and no issue. Get a call at 5 pm, right at closing to inform me she has to cancel the wire transfer because certain questions weren’t asked??? Story kept changing as I heated up as I needed that money TODAY!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this at a Wells Fargo, but I’ll be sure never to return.
