The people working seemed to come up with every excuse to not help us and kept bringing up that their next appointment was in 50 minutes. It truly felt like they were just trying to get rid of us. They told me we could not use our UPS address (which is a suite address) to set up a business account which is not true because I have set up a business account using a UPS suite address at that same exact location with someone else helping me and have also used it to incorporate the business (which also does not allow for mailbox addresses but the UPS suite address works). Don't come to this bank—save your time and go to a different bank or location. This made me so embarrassed to bank here.
